LAZR BEES are an extremely fun originals band with a huge sound and tongue-in-cheek humour! A new collaboration between Eastern-European composer Misha Doumnov (ex-Bobok), Tom Benson (Headphones Jones, Belly Savalas) Oscar Lenain (Paprika, Oggy Oggy), Kane Watts (Amadou Suso band), and Hanna Silver (Tinpan Orange, Eugene Hamilton)
LAZR BEES are a new band but already booked for several festivals, such as Questival, Tanglewood, Renaissance, have sold out shows at bar Oussou, Open Studio, packed out the Espy, Motley Bauhaus, 303, etc. Soaring vocals, dark funky bass lines, huge dance-oriented horns/string section leads the band bring originals, authentic Balkans, Klezmer, Ethio, and Latin Electronica/Ragga flavours tied together with multi-lingual lyrics.
The lineup features Vocals, Electric Violin, Saxes, Bass, Synths and Drums.
