Ashlee Watkins & Andrew Small evoke a golden era of American music, when old-time, bluegrass and country music shared a stage every Saturday night. The pair render enduring classics, lesser-known gems, and their own award-winning songs with stirring harmonies that have captivated audiences around the globe. Danceable rhythms and tasteful stylings on fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and banjo complement the duo’s potent vocal blend. Making their home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, Ashlee and Andrew are regulars at the fiddlers conventions around the region where they've won numerous top awards at festivals including those in Galax, VA; Mount Airy, NC; and Clifftop, WV - where they recently took home first in both the old time band and fiddle contests. In addition to their work as a duo, they also perform with their old - time string band, The New Floyd County Ramblers, and they tour internationally with their traditional bluegrass band, The Alum Ridge Boys & Ashlee.
